System Observations: when you initiate a Prompt, our Services will automatically supplement the Prompt through observations of your web page contents, screenshots, API calls to services you have integrated, and/or retrieval from other sources (“Observations”) in order to produce the Outputs. Prompts, Observations, and Outputs are subject to retention as set out in Section 8 (Security & Retention) below.
Log Data and Device Information: We may automatically collect information about your browser and or device, including internet or other electronic network activity information, your device type, IP address (may include information of the location of the device derived from your IP address), device or advertising identifiers, probabilistic identifiers, other unique personal or online identifiers, information about your device and operating system, such as time zone setting and location, operating system, and platform, information about your browser, such as browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, internet service provider, browsing history, search history, and the date and time of your visit, and other standard server log entries.
Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about your use of the Services, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use and the actions you take, as well as your time zone, country, the dates and times of access, user agent and version, type of computer or mobile device, and your computer connection.

The AI models that we train to power our products and deliver our Services are developed using three primary sources of information: (1) information that is publicly available on the internet, (2) information that we license from third parties, and (3) information that our users or our human trainers provide. Much of the data that is freely and openly available on the internet relates to people, so our training information does incidentally include personal information. We don’t actively seek out personal information to train our models. We use training information only to help our models learn.

Access & data portability. You may have the right to request a copy of your personal information and information relating to how it’s processed, subject to certain exceptions.
Correction. You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we retain about you, subject to certain exceptions. Please understand that we cannot provide an assurance regarding the factual accuracy of Outputs. If any personal information in the Outputs is factually incorrect and pertains to you, you have the option to submit a correction request. We will undertake a best effort to rectify this information. However, it’s important to note that due to the intricate technical nature of our AI/ML models, there may be instances where it is not feasible for us to accomplish this task.
Deletion. You may have the right to request that we delete personal information collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
Objection. You may have a right to object to how we process your personal information.
Right to know. You may have the right to know what personal information Shape AI Labs processes about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which it is collected, the business or commercial purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
Sale & targeted advertising. We do not “sell” your personal information as that term is defined by applicable laws and regulations. We also do not engage in targeted advertising using your personal information.
